about me
I’m a senior at Northern Valley Regional High School in Demarest, New Jersey, with a particular interest in international business, economics, and global affairs. My multicultural background and immersive experiences across different countries have influenced my curiosity of global markets and growing economies. Whether through collaborating with Nigerian entrepreneurs to develop business plans, researching how cultural identity influences financial behavior, or conducting customer interviews for a secondhand business in Singapore, I approach challenges with a critical mindset.
I thrive in diverse environments and enjoy blending my academic interests with hands-on experiences, such as my leadership roles in the Multicultural Club and various business organizations including DECA and FBLA. My passion for volunteering and community projects is demonstrated through my roles as the Co-Founder and Co-President of the Teen Advisory Board of the Demarest Public Library, as well as the Youth Advisor for the Turimiquire Foundation to increase awareness of Venezuela’s socioeconomic and healthcare crisis.
Outside of school, you can find me traveling, reading, playing tennis, skiing, making homemade ice cream, and exploring new cultures through food, language, and experiences. I aspire to apply my global curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving skills to my future endeavors. I am excited to continue this journey and seek opportunities that allow me to grow both academically and personally.
